“HYMAC” is the registered trade-name of ACM rubber produced by Sundow Polymers Co., Ltd.

Introduction:

Polyacrylate Rubber is a high-performance synthetic rubber which is copolymerized by acrylic. According to the different types of cross-linked monomers, they can be divided into four types：Active chlorine type、Carboxyl type、Epoxy type、Double crosslinking type.

Because of its unique molecular structure, ACM has excellent aging resistance, oil resistance, high temperature resistance and ozone resistance. It is widely used in fields such as automobiles, motorcycles, ships, and electricity.

Characteristic:

l  Excellent long-term high temperature resistance. Can be used continuously from -40 ℃ to 175 ℃, can be used for a short period of time at >200 ℃

l  Outstanding resistance to hot petroleum-based oils and fats, engine oil, gear oil, and torque converter oil.

l   Excellent resistance to ozone, and weatherability

l   High UV resistant

Application:

Because of its excellent resistance to heat, oil, etc,ACMrubber is mainly used as raw materials for Automobileparts, such as gaskets, seals, and hoses.

l  Gasket: Oil Pan/Valve cover,OilFilter,Transmission gaskets,etc.

l  Seal: O-Rings,CVBoots,BondedPiston,TransmissionLip,Oil seals,etc

l   hose: High temperature oil cooler hose ,Automatic transmission oil cooler pipe,Exhaust gas purification control pipe,Power steering pipe,etc
