Los aditivos de procesamiento de acrilato se pueden usar solos o en combinación con otros aditivos de procesamiento para promover la plastificación de PVC. Se puede usar en materiales de construcción de PVC como perfiles de ventanas, placas de protección de pared, cercas, accesorios de tuberías y otros moldes de inyección, y también se puede usar en el campo espumante.
Tenemos varios productos en esta serie que cubren diferentes viscosidades intrínsecas y aplicaciones.
AIP1750 es un aditivo de procesamiento de lubricante. Puede aumentar efectivamente la liberación de metal y evitar la adhesión de PVC fundido a superficies metálicas.
AIP 5510 y AIP 2000 se utilizan principalmente para promover la fusión de ingredientes mezclados de PVC, no tienen ningún efecto sobre la transparencia de los productos de PVC y mantienen el buen rendimiento mecánico de los productos transparentes de PVC.
AIP 2100, AIP 2300 y AIP 3800 son aditivos de procesamiento general de peso molecular medio y alto. Son copolímeros acrílicos que mejoran la procesabilidady elrendimiento de los productos duros de PVC.
AIP 4000, AIP 5300 y 9000 son un nuevo tipo de aditivos de procesamiento de acrilato de calidad molecular ultra alta para productos duros de PVC y espumas de alta calidad. Tiene un par bajo, una fusión rápida, una alta resistencia al fundido,una alta expansión y otros rendimientos.
