WELLPREN®elastómero: SERIE CM

El polietileno clorado es un elastómero resistente al calor, a la intemperie y al aceite que se ha utilizado en muchos cables, alambres, mangueras, piezas de automóviles e industriales durante muchos años. Debido a su resistencia al aceite y al calor, es ideal para las cubiertas del motor. Teniendo en cuenta el costo y la disponibilidad, los elastómeros WELLPREN®CM se utilizan cada vez más en muchas mangueras industriales, reemplazando algunos de los materiales ya reconocidos, como CR. Debido a su excelente resistencia al envejecimiento térmicoy resistencia al ozono, CM se usa cada vez más para reemplazar los materiales tradicionales para mejorar el rendimiento del producto final.

Al seleccionar HDPE con diferentes pesos moleculares y distribuciones de peso molecular para ajustar el proceso de producción, SUNDOW puede producir muchos tipos de elastómeros WELLPREN®CM. Hay más de diez marcas comerciales que se han utilizado ampliamente y tienen diferentes contenidos de cloro y viscosidad Mooney, que son adecuados para diferentes campos de aplicación y condiciones de procesamiento.

Características de WELLPREN®CM

Como caucho especial, WELLPREN® no sólo tiene un excelente rendimiento integral, sino que su excelente relación calidad/precio es también una razón importante por la que muchos usuarios eligen WELLPREN®CM en lugar de caucho de neopreno (CR) y caucho de polietileno clorosulfonado (CSM).
