On 17 March, Sundow signed the exclusive distribution agreement for Wellpren CPE in some European countries.
Omya is the biggest CaCO3 producers in the world, the 4th biggest chemical distributor in Europe.
Before the signature of this agreement , Omya was the distributor of Tyrin CPE produced by DOW Chemicals in many European countries.
As Dow will close their CPE factory in Germany, Omay invested a lot of Chinese CPE producers, finally Omya choose Sundow as their partner for CPE business.
