CPE es uno de los modificadores de impacto más importantes en el mercado de los plásticos en la actualidad. En comparación con otros modificadores de impacto como AIM (Modificador de impacto acrílico), MBS y ABS, CPE es favorecido por más y más usuarios debido a su excelente rendimiento integral y precio competitivo,esto ha dado lugar a una participación de mercado cada vez mayor en el mercado de modificadores de impacto.

Agregar la proporción adecuada de WELLPREN®RESINA a lafórmula de productos plásticos como PVC, PE y PP no sólo puede mejorar en gran medida la resistencia al impacto del producto, sino también mejorar significativamente el rendimiento a baja temperatura, la resistencia a la intemperie y otros rendimientos del producto. WELLPREN®RESINA es más adecuado para reemplazar los modificadores de impacto acrílicos (AIM) o mezclar con AIM en un porcentaje y no requiere ajustarlos datos y fórmulasde procesamiento para lograr la mejor relación calidad/precio.

En resumen, WELLPREN®RESINA permite a los fabricantes y proveedores de compuestos mejorar el rendimiento del producto bajo la premisa de controlar los costos.

Application of WELLPREN®RESIN

1. Impact modifier for rigid and semi-flexible productsCPE Resin

WELLPREN®RESIN improves greatly the impact resistance, low temperature performances, weatherability, and welding strength of the final products.


2. Application in Flame Retardant ABS

Addition of certain percentage of WELLPREN®RESIN into flame retardant ABS formulation will not only avoid using of big amount of inorganic flame retardants in the formulation, which causes physical performance lost, but will play positive role in enhancing the flame retardancy of the whole system and substantially improve the impact strength of the end product. (TV set; Computer etc.)


3. Application in soft products

As a good elastomer, WELLPREN®RESIN can be used directly for soft products. The soft products produced have superior weatherability and long service life.
